By booking a tour or using the services of Wild By Nature Dream Catcher, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payments

Your reservation is confirmed only after Wild By Nature Dream Catcher receives full or partial payment.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, online payment systems, and in-person payments at our office.
All prices may change depending on availability, exchange rate fluctuations, or unexpected operational expenses.

2. Cancellations & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Refunds are issued according to the timeline below:
7 days or more before departure: Full refund minus service fees
4–6 days before departure: 50% refund
Less than 4 days before departure: No refund
No refunds will be provided for unused services, early departures, or missed activities.

3. Travel Documents & Insurance

Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, permits, and any other required travel documents.
Wild By Nature Dream Catcher strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, accidents, and trip cancellations.

4. Itinerary Adjustments

Wild By Nature Dream Catcher reserves the right to adjust or modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or local circumstances.
Any changes will be made with the goal of maintaining the quality and value of your travel experience.

5. Liability

The agency is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages caused by third-party service providers, natural events, or situations beyond our control.
Participation in adventure or high-risk activities is entirely at the guest’s own risk.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to respect local customs, laws, cultures, and fellow travelers.
Wild By Nature Dream Catcher reserves the right to remove any guest displaying disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior without offering a refund.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Wild By Nature Dream Catcher does not share or sell your personal data without your consent, except when required by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal.
Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Chitwan, Nepal.
